The bovine cheek in recent years has become one of the most appreciated cuts of meat since it is at the same time tender and succulent.
It is sold in a vacuum pack weighing 500 grams of 1 kg. The preparation can be done either in a preheated oven for 10-12 minutes at 220 degrees, in the microwave for about 10/12 minutes at 600 watts or directly on the grill.
